I ordered XXXL, I am 1.70 m tall and weigh 75 kg. I ordered a very large size because I didn't intend to hand wash it. the bag was HUGE, the sleeves were BELOW my fingertips and even buttoned up, it slipped under my wrist, the length was below my knees, I washed it in cold water and threw it in the dryer - 95% cotton shouldn't be a reason for that Washed hands and thought it might sit at 5 inches and still be fine - shrunk about 7 inches! Came out of the dryer with sleeves almost an inch above my wrist and just above my knees. Pros: Hangs well out of the dryer. Cons: LOTS of shrinkage I want it to be a large, loose shirt that can be worn over a tank top/sleeveless for sun protection, so I'll rewash the sleeves, pull/stretch them and hang dry to see if I can sleeves can make longer .
