This is a great appliance to have on hand when you want a sweet treat, where you control the ingredients. With just a bit of preparation, you can have ice cream/smoothies/coffee treats within minutes.You get two containers, so you can always keep one in the freezer and they are enough for 2-3 servings per container.Here are the recipes I've made:- Coconut milk and vanilla ice cream, which was delicious. Following the recipes in the book and modifying the sugar (replace with dextrose or monk fruit sweetener).- Two coffee drinks. I don't normally like coffee house frozen drinks because they are so sugary. I made the Creamiccino recipe and once substituted monk fruit sweetener, and once did half sugar half monk fruit. I actually liked the all monk fruit sweetened drink better.- Banana and pineapple sorbet. This is a great lighter treat, was an amazing texture, and very easy to prepare.The machine is loud, but that is expected. It is amazing to me that it creates such a great texture. Next up I'm going to try frozen yogurt, and I expect the results will be just as good. It might seem a bit expensive, but it really will pay for itself if you use it often, and I love that you can control the ingredients.
