using them as gloves for heavy bags. But the bag I use isn't exactly heavy. In any case, they are one size larger. 9 inch arms around knuckles and thumb to pinky. The only downside at the moment is that my wrists are a bit thin so the brace is a little loose, a little more support would be nice. In terms of effect, they feel good. Update: after about 6 weeks of use they started to fall apart visually. Not even daily use - 2-3 times a week. Other reviews of poor staying power seem to be accurate.
