One of the parts (U10) was missing and the seller quickly fixed the problem. The product itself seems well made with a huge selection of tools and bits. Time will tell how long the bits will last. Pros: - There are several identical bits in the kit; which will probably come in handy in the future as these bits have very small tips that are easily damaged by rough use. The body is organized and feels solid. Cons: Bits can easily slip out of the plastic slots. When I received my kit, many parts slid into a messy mess. I'll probably sew a flap at the top of each row to hold the bits in place.
