All right. I took off one star because the instructions that came with it didn't explain the whole attachment very well. I also struggled to remove the charging cover. I was a bit annoyed that it was only a USB cable but no socket/plug, that was another star. It's not quiet in any way either. It says it has a low noise design, but I disagree. However, it does remove debris from between my teeth and the "normal" mode seems pretty powerful. So it is good! I have sensitive gums, so the "normal" mode was too strong for me. I really liked the "soft" mode. It's perfect? nope but I don't think it's bad at all. This is a normal product to see how you feel using floss with water. I think for the price it's definitely worth a try, especially since many other flosses are more expensive but also have disadvantages.
