Floor mats were ordered for my Jeep Cherokee but the front mats are too long and will not fit under the dash without folding or lying on the underside. They came in 2 boxes. I asked for a refund as they realized they are refundable. When I asked to return the item they sent me 1 shipping label instead of one for each box and a $36 invoice that needs to be paid before I can ship the item. Note that this only applies to one of the boxes. I have to pay that before the second label comes out. After payment they send another label and bill for $15. At this point, the return will be approved for return. When I disagreed with this practice, they told me that I had to send my car's VIN, photos, etc. NOTHING BUT HEART PAIN BUT FROM YOU!
