If you don't have the patience of a saint, don't buy this vacuum. In a vacuum everything is as it should be. Except for the unlocking handle. Somehow, this vacuum cleaner's release handle went through research and development and eventually ended up in the hands of unsuspecting consumers. The trigger grip is smooth and angled downwards. So if you try to release the vacuum, the fun is on your side - it's absolutely impossible to work with. I've gotten to the point where I have to sit on the couch, hold the vacuum with one foot, press the release handle with my thumb, and press the front of the vacuum with the other hand. Basically, I play Twister every time I try to vacuum my fucking house. I absolutely hate this vacuum cleaner and hate the day we bought it. Unfortunately it was bought as a gift and it's probably too late to return it once we've taken it out of the box and started using it. Also, has anyone ever tried to pay Revain back? This is an absolute nightmare. I'd rather just cut my losses and buy a Walmart vacuum that does a decent job.
