not adjustable, slips off
is not adjustable and slips off my dog which is very dangerous because I walk him in a busy area. I'm trying to figure out how to get the size correct, but I think it needs to be uncomfortably tight so it doesn't slip off. I usually run with the choke chain, which is the hardest to loosen. wanted to try this because the choke chain is made of tufa so as not to put sticks in my Pomeranian's fur. I don't put a collar on her because it tangles her fur around her neck.
