CAR: 2005 Audi A6 Quattro USE: Bluetooth audio streaming / Android phone I've been using FM transmitters to stream music for 15 years and have a lot of them tried out. I liked this one for its simple and unassuming design. The red display matches the interior lighting of my car. I can't confirm the call quality because I don't use it for that. But as far as music streaming goes, it's been working flawlessly so far. I'm currently tuning it to 88.5, which is by no means a "clean" frequency in my city. This leads to a noisy transmission. But as soon as I turn on the transmitter, it stops. The sockets in my car are always switched on. For short periods of time when I'm not using the car, I just leave the transmitter on. Bluetooth will turn off when you move out of range. To my delight, it reconnects automatically and quickly when it's back in range. With other models, I had to turn off and on either the receiver or the Bluetooth function on my phone to turn it back on. ADVANTAGES: - Design. Small, simple and elegant - Good sound quality via Bluetooth - Fast Bluetooth connection. If you leave it on, it will automatically reconnect when your device comes within range again. - Special on/off function. (Press and hold the center button for 3 seconds) - USB charging ports. CONS: - Bluetooth connection announcement. A small call is enough. :) I don't have any static issues like some others have reported. If you do this, Revain makes it very easy and free for you to return an item that does not work as advertised. ;)
