Review on ☕ Efficient and Stylish BLACK+DECKER 12-Cup Mill and Brew Coffeemaker, Black: CM5000B by Laura Adams

Great coffee maker, incredible price.

I rarely check the things we buy, but this coffee maker is insanely good. He replaced Cuisinart Grind N Brew, who died a few years later. The grinding mechanism of this Black+Decker model is located in the filter basket (rather than in a separate grind container), so you only have to clean half as many parts after each brew. Spending 3 minutes a day cleaning my coffee machine is definitely a first world problem, but it's nice not having to do it now. The grinder is also significantly quieter; maybe half as loud as Cuisinart. I would say the Black+Decker is louder than a dishwasher when washing dishes, but not by much. I think the car looks good and is logical to operate. It's primarily made of plastic and is very light, but for every gram of mass it lacks heavier materials, which it makes up for with good construction. Understandably, the design and development team spent a lot of time on this product. And finally the biggest surprise for everyone was that he brews the strongest and best coffee I can remember. I don't have a great explanation for this. With the exception that the grounds remain where they were ground instead of being dumped into the filter basket after grinding, the beans are treated the same way as Cuisinart. The filter basket in the Black+Decker is deeper and smaller in diameter, so it's possible that the water flowing through the deeper grain layer has something to do with it. Anyway, I'm very happy with this machine, especially considering the price. I almost want to buy another one to keep as a spare.
