UPDATE: I sent a message to customer service regarding this as there are a number of branches that have not been trimmed on my tree. I was hoping to just get these branches to fluff them up and make them cute. Instead they gave me my money back which was fine, they sent me a broken tree and I should have had it. However, I then received an email from their customer service manager basically accusing me of not understanding how to properly fluff the tree and that they were disappointed that I had left negative feedback and asked to leave it remove because "they let me keep my tree". and gave me the money back. Absolutely ridiculous. I have an incomplete tree, no lack of understanding of how to fluff a tree and anything other than a refund or replacement would be unacceptable. These people are clearly humorous. 🤦🏻‍♀️This tree is missing several rows of branches, you can clearly see it in my photo. I was so excited to order because the reviews seemed to be going smoothly. Unfortunately this is a sad little tree and we will be returning it. Hopefully we can find a suitable replacement for my child as this is for her room.
