Zen yarn has fun bright colors but is fluffy, divisive and difficult to work with.
I love the colours. However, the floss isn't very good quality - it doesn't tangle and stretch the material well. Zen threads are also much more difficult to thread through the eye of a needle. Despite carving wax, it doesn't come off well. I will focus on two main thread manufacturers - their thread is smoother, does not pill, and easily passes through the fabric. Their colors aren't as dramatic, but the high quality ones are much easier to work with.
