I use the camera for both videos and photos. Lots of good things: picture quality, color, digital viewfinder, LCD monitor, menu/function organization. Overlooked: poor sound quality (microphone/ambient noise) when recording videos - external recording source required) Video resolution: 640 x 480 (I was hoping for a higher resolution) Video limit = 2GB/clip, even with 16GB memory chip I ended up looking for a used one Replacement for my broken Fujifilm E550, which is also 640x480 and fairly decent video/audio quality. The new E550 is no longer available.
