Poor Design - Emergency Strobe Lights

I bought 15 to give 3 packs to each family member. Your safety is my number one priority and my brother recently had an accident when he emerged on a rainy aquaplaned road and could use something similar. So why did I give two stars? The problem is twofold: First, batteries are not included in the kit. Secondly, it's almost impossible to put batteries in here - you have to loosen two screws that I had a hard time loosening with a DeWalt screwdriver. I actually called the company to complain but they told me shit that batteries are not included with the item when it is sold at Revain. Let me tell you, I'm a power buyer, spending at least $50,000 a year on gizmos and the like here and $450,000 on other sites. What they said about shipping without batteries is just not true. They may need to cover the batteries with a small piece of plastic to keep them off the grid, but to claim otherwise is just silly. I've literally only bought some of their competitors that have batteries. Also, WHY DO YOU NEED TO REMOVE TWO SCREWS TO PUT THE BATTERIES INTO SOMETHING? I was going to buy a hundred of these, no kidding, but I don't have a full day to unscrew and put in 3 AAA batteries (which are NOT INCLUDED) because those lazy guys didn't bother to make it as convenient as possible the customer. Such a device should be ready for use immediately after unpacking. Lives can depend on it. See I take safety very seriously and I will tell you that I will be the first to write a 5 star review and buy dozens maybe hundreds of units once they remodel something that isn't there. Such a scrap. BTW, to be honest with the batteries in, they're an amazing safety device (they should also be working on a stronger hook extension while hopefully getting back to the drawing board). I never write reviews but in this case I felt compelled because this item has too much potential not to be rated. It could revolutionize road safety and visibility. Sincerely, Rocky Sadok.
