Need a new kitchen hob after replacing the countertop with granite. We went with the 36 inch hob model and it looks good and works very well. Installation was very easy. The hob was well packaged, a cardboard cut out template is supplied and you simply have to trace the cut out on the mounting surface, make the cut out and insert the hob. (You must screw on the 4 tabs and connect the power supply before inserting the hob). The hob fits perfectly into the cut-out and turns on without any problems. Please note that the cooking zones start when you switch the appliance on for the first time. At half power (5) you must press + through 9 for full power or - for less power. Use flat-bottomed pans as they heat up better on this glass hob. Cleaning with a degreasing formula followed by glass cleaner gave the best cleaning results. I've been using the hob for a week now and am very happy with this purchase.
