Electric toothbrushes cannot produce soft brush heads. I need soft ones and this one will do. But I have a hard time getting around the edges of my teeth without the bristles touching my gums. I just have to pay special attention to each individual tooth to make sure it's clean. The price is more than I would like to pay for a piece of plastic, but teeth, stomach, gums are very valuable for health, so I grabbed them. I don't think there is a better brush than this for people like me who want a very soft brush.
