Terrible for fine, thick, medium length hair
They don't suit me at all. No matter how little hair I try to curl, the velcro stops holding the hair on the last half of the strand, causing it to unravel halfway and hang off my head. The only way to fix this is to use invisible bobby pins, which defeats the purpose of the self hook. They're also a nightmare when the hair is pulled out for removal, leaving the curls frizzy and messy. They end up straight in the trash. What a waste of money.
