I'm glad I did it because now I feel better.
It supports my back when walking or doing other exercises. I have multiple sclerosis (which weakens my core muscles) and spinal stenosis due to arthritis in my back, so I consider it an important part of my daily routine. Actually, I'm on the third. The first time I had to take a smaller one because I lost a lot of weight and only now I replaced it because it was worn out. I'm glad I did it because now I feel better!
