Great ice pack, mediocre dressing
Excellent for icing, especially on areas that are normally difficult to ice like elbows, knees or feet. The gel ice pack is fantastic, wish it stayed cold a little longer but that would mean it would take longer to chill in the freezer. The real problem is that the bandage that comes with it doesn't hold up. I've been putting ice on my broken leg 2-3 times a day for a little less than two weeks and the velcro is starting to tear and the bandage is stretching. For $15 it's not a bad deal but I'm afraid I'll have to buy another one before my leg heals.
