Biotin Hair Conditioner - I find the products work best when paired with a suitable shampoo which I don't have . to have. It was well wrapped with strong shrink wrap, this baby will not explode during shipping! It also came with a gasket under the lid that needs to be removed, it came off with little effort. Cream colored with a very slight hint of vanilla. I liked it but wish it was stronger (personal preference). After washing my hair with regular shampoo, I applied it. My hair didn't feel as soft in the shower when rubbed in, which I personally like. It felt like it was a little dry even when I rinsed it off. After drying and blow drying my hair felt good. I have medium fine hair and I don't think it weighed it down. To find out if it helps with thinning hair and hair loss, you need to use it for a while. The bottle is very small, I will definitely need several bottles to show if it works as advertised. Overall, not my favorite conditioner I've ever used, but not the worst either. It was good
