This is the 5th spiralizer I've tried and without a doubt the best. It works better than others and is easier to store. I paid full price for this and bought two more as gifts. The blades are sharp and will not chew, crush or break your food. It spins very smoothly. The vegetable tines are 3/8" long flat metal plates and hold food much more securely than other spiralizers. Fits easily in a cupboard. No attachments for storage, just a few extra blades. Virtually no cleaning required. I have the manual, electric and two Tried cranked desktop versions and this is by far my favorite. 8" x 3" and it's all 5" tall. When you store it, the fully deployed handle adds another 2-1/2" to the length. Pros: See above - near perfect and works like a breeze Also does not waste the core of food. Cons: * This only has three options: thick/thin noodles and ribbons. But it's very easy to switch between them. * Prongs won't hold or slice thinner carrots (vegetables must be at least 1 inch wide) * Food shouldn't be longer than 5 cm* Suction cups could be better but worked well with some water* Still needs effort to hold food against blade as it rotates Easier on soft veggies (zucchini), more effort on solid foods (potatoes)
