I bought it because it was a stroller - it wasn't - it wobbles horribly when you do that. However, it is perfect for walking and I, my dog, loved it. The cup holders at the top near the handle aren't very deep, so water can squirt out if you hit the rocks. It's not smooth, but it feels every bump in the road, even with the foam grip. My dog has heart problems and is getting older so this was for her. I ended up returning it because I wanted her to take something when I run and it wasn't the best option. If you need something to walk on smooth flat trails this is a great product.
