This is a nice package of different sizes (widths) for sealing products with my vacuum machine. I use them for sous vide, chicken cuts, fish cuts and steaks. Using a vacuum pack instead of a zipper is much easier. I'm sure the food is sealed and I can just submerge the entire bag under water if I need it during cooking. These roll packs are cheaper than buying individual packs. I have to cut and seal them myself but it saves time in exchange for money. These bags are pretty durable. I can roll up the lid to put food in without breaking the edges. Can't say the same about zippers. The pockets are tough (in a good way) so cutting is a little awkward, but that's okay. I recommend.
