PROS: Clear sound. The microphone is good. When the microphone is on, the green light will flash, so be sure to turn it off when you're done speaking. The price is very competitive. The ear pads are vinyl or similar so they don't get dirty like foam pads. CONS: Mute is software controlled, so it does little to protect your privacy if your computer is hacked. You need an old fashioned hardware switch. Hell, it would have cost a lot more if they made that small change. (Of course, all of this is debatable if your system has a built-in microphone, which is inherently software-controlled.) You could get rid of the volume buttons, which aren't needed since they can be controlled through other interfaces. When the sound is on, the LED changes color to red, which is annoying and unnecessary; it should be disabled. Worse, the green light keeps flashing behind it, which is very annoying. NEUTRAL: A few miles of cable if you like it. When you work at your desk, it really is more of a nuisance than helpful. UPDATE: The supplier emailed me asking how the product could be improved. Hope for a new version soon.
