Over the past 5 years I have tried several Panasonic KX-TCA60 hands-free headsets with Comfort Fit headbands for use with cordless phones. They were great for under $9 but when the price went up to almost $15 I looked around and found them. They have about the same sound quality as the Panasonics (just great), but MUCH more durable and of higher quality, with a metal headband and stem. PROS: Clear sound. The microphone is good. When the microphone is on, the green light will flash, so be sure to turn it off when you're done speaking. The price is very competitive. The ear pads are vinyl or similar so they don't get dirty like foam pads. CONS: Mute is software controlled, so it does little to protect your privacy if your computer is hacked.
