Not suitable for carrying groceries, too big. However, if you get more drinks than you have in car cup holders, this is a handy tool. It's also nice when a restaurant runs out of porters, it saves you the hassle of juggling food and drink from the car to the customer's house. This doesn't work for larger drinks (40 ounces or more), it's best to leave them in your car's cup holders. It folds nice and flat so it doesn't take up much space when you're not using it. All in all it's a good buy and it arrived faster than the estimated delivery date so that's a plus too.
