Electric drive not universal in recommended years
Trailblazer 2005 Mechanically the product works. Electrically it was 50/50. The reason for no 5 stars was that the electric drive part was wrong on this year's pioneer. It cycled the drive on and off but the BCM didn't recognize it. (Dashboard bumped 4x4 malfunction indicator). The difference was also that the electric drive had a part that protrudes, compared to the factory part, which is completely embedded in the 2HI. Luckily mine was still fine so I put the factory motor on a new aluminum disconnect and now it works perfectly.
