I have been using this bag for three months. I understand that this is a safe travel bag and a bag that helps protect against thieves with added security features. Unfortunately, this bag may only have been designed for travel and not everyday use. The bag belonged to an adult, had not been abused in any way and was in fair condition. The tab on the front zipper came loose one day when I opened the front compartment to get my phone out. I tried to move the piece back after bending the metal a bit with my fingers and the second piece broke off. The bag is generally of good quality except the zipper is not very good. My bag might just be an accident in their production cycle. Others may have had this bag for longer with no problems, but now it's becoming my extra carry-on. I don't take it with me when I travel abroad. For the price, I paid a little over $10 a month to use it. I cannot justify this and would not recommend this product at the moment. Might upgrade to PacSafe.
