These pads are sticky enough to hold my bead trays in place even at a slight tilt (20-25 degree angle). I bought a 15" x 6" plastic serving tray and placed 5 on it. They're slightly longer than the width of the tray, so they fold about a quarter of an inch or so towards the edge of the tray. The small green bead trays hold about 8 pieces width and there is space for tools at the top. The quality is low to medium. Some of them are thinner than others and some of them have some irregularities. Nothing that hinders their functions. They are also transparent except for black. The colors are very pale, not the bright neon tones of the picture. Edit to add: They leave a film on the acrylic tablet I use them on. I don't mind as that's what I bought the tray for, but keep that in mind before you use your good trays. The film was not washed off with soap and water. It could have come out with a good scraper and some slime, but I didn't try. Also, I don't know if it only happens with this particular type of plastic or if other surfaces have the same problem.
