It looks exactly like the pictures! I like the matching kit, there are multiple pockets inside the backpack, the shoulder straps are soft and the material is generally comfortable. My daughter loves it and would love to show it to her friends. I see that some people think a lunch bag looks "cheap", but seriously, it's no different than an insulated bag, so I don't see that as a problem. Would definitely buy from this company again.
