I don't usually write reviews but I've had such great results with my son with these supplements that I felt like I should. My 7 year old son has had intermittent chronic constipation for a number of years. I hate giving him chemical products (like Miralax) on a regular basis. I started this a few weeks ago and he's a different boy. I've heard that constipation leads to tiredness and fatigue (due to toxin buildup). Since taking it he poops every day and has a lot more energy (I dunno, maybe it's the B vitamins too). He's new, he chooses healthier food and everything, and everything, much better. So pleased with the results I might try the adult version. The only downside is that he has to take 4 a day and his sister 2 so we'll go through them pretty quickly but in my opinion it's worth it.
