As I say in all my reviews, I don't give 5 stars unless it overwhelms me. 3 stars means it meets expectations and 4 means it exceeded expectations. This is the whole point of the 5-tier rating system. In any case, they live up to expectations. I chose them over other models because they cover the directional circle; those that only lack the thin line at the top of the remote control, making it flimsy and flimsy. I'm ambivalent about the "ears" on this skin, but I'll probably keep them (and if I change my mind, they're easily cut with an Xacto knife). As the title suggests, only green really shines. The blue glows a little but the purple doesn't. This makes sense as they are becoming more and more opaque. I wasn't expecting purple to glow at all despite claiming it would, so I wasn't disappointed. And even in this case, the green doesn't keep the glow for very long, maybe 15 minutes after "charging" with light. Overall, they feel decently thick, but not overly so, and are solid.
