. Out of 16 rolls we now have 2 where the wheels come loose every few weeks. It's not difficult to put it back on, but we're two pensioners, we're not overweight. I ordered them in February, finally installed them in July, the first one started to fail in August so I haven't used it for a long time. Smooth inner floor. Easy daily use. Today there are not many companies left. I contacted the sellers to take advantage of the 5 year warranty, we'll see what happens. I will update the rating base depending on the seller's response. Update: I contacted the seller late Monday evening, got a reply early Tuesday morning and received not just two wheels but two complete sets (8 total) on Friday morning. Great customer service. I have updated my rating to 5 stars. Thank you Slipstick for the great service. I love the cutscenes and hope the mistakes were an accident.
