Terrible Quality

Should have read the reviews. Instead, I just looked at the price. This vinyl sucks! As others have said, the back is white stuff, I don't even know what to call it. It's so super stretchy that it pulls on anything when you're pulling weed. I needed this as a Christmas present so I had to unwrap it, go back to my letters and cut them out with scissors. This is very badly done. Don't buy this.
