(To order from my husband's account) I've been watching this machine for a few months. I was skeptical, although many reviewers liked it. There were a few who mentioned the leak, which bothered me. But after watching a few videos and reading reviews on other sites, I figured some people might have poured water into the front clear tank. When you look at it, it definitely seems like you should! If I hadn't seen the video, I wouldn't have recognized myself. We have 2 dogs and I have a very neglectful husband. So our 1 year old section definitely needed some love. Especially the sunbed which we all like to hang out on. Dog saliva, spilled drinks, even the accident with an excited puppy made me hate this living room. I sprayed onto the pillow (the sprayer should be held completely parallel to the pillow or carpet, aiming the nozzle instinctively) and let it sit for a while. After about 5 minutes I sucked in some nasty water! And the spots are gone INSTANTLY! That's wonderful. And the smell of the dog is completely gone. It dried beautifully and refreshed a beautiful sofa. Highly recommend if you have dogs. Or, if you have back problems like me, the lightweight machine is great for stains, but to be honest I plan to use it on every sofa cushion. I don't care how many paths I have to make to the sink! We're expecting our son in October, so I'm looking forward to giving the entire couch a thorough cleaning before he gets here.
