Review on Honda 18310 ZM0 010 Equipment Muffler Manufacturer by Antonio Gonzalez

Muffler appears to be an OEM part, fits perfectly. However, this did not make the mower any quieter. The original muffler didn't have a gasket so I bought it hoping the engine would be quieter. This didn't help either. A week after replacing the muffler, the engine started humming. Internet research meant rebuilding the carburetor. It didn't help. Further investigation revealed a stuck intake and/or exhaust valve. A few shots of carb cleaner and WD-40 stopped the bumps (almost) and the engine was smooth again. So make sure you need a silencer before you buy one. If yes, then this is a good choice.
