I wish it was done right

The ring is very beautiful and not bulky. However, I'm super unimpressed. The screw fell out and there is no replacement. Luckily I checked it before I put my dad's ashes in what could have been a disaster. What's even worse about this screw is that I didn't open or unscrew it, I just made sure it was there.
