Their support team has always been very helpful to me regardless of which site I have hosted there or not! They are also able to install new plugins quickly without my assistance. Not so great if you need help right away but they do offer 24/7 phone lines as well where someone can assist immediately even from 10pm CST - 8am PST each day by giving us access via an app we download onto your computer that connects straight through their system directly into ours. We run many clients sites here using different services like WPOldersoft's Siteground plugin, A2Hostings hosting platform software called Hepsia control panel & Wordress plugins such as Jetpack among others along w other tools needed. The only downside really would be cost since this will continue increasing yearly along with bandwidth costs unless it becomes unlimited somehow at.
