I ordered extra bowls so I can make more fruit bowls. You need to put parchment paper on top to make a fruit bowl. The machine came with only two compartments. These are exactly the same ones that come with the machine. They are very smooth and easy to clean. I am very careful not to scratch the trays when cleaning. My guess is that scratches make them harder to clean and also more likely to stick to food. I looked for a replacement or another brand but couldn't find one with the right sizes. I'm sure this is intentional. I find the price a bit high for plastic wraps, but what can you do? They work and fit, so I'm happy.
