Super agile and great for hot weather outdoors

If like me you've seen them online you might have thought they were kind of useless too, but they're brilliant. They're extremely malleable, so you really can tilt the fan any way you want, and they're lightweight, so you kind of forget they're there when you're wearing something around your neck. One thing to keep in mind is that young children may tend to bend over and break them if you let them use them. But if you're an adult who uses them, you'll probably get a lot out of them.
