These ultra-thin waterproof SuMade socks look weird, but they're definitely waterproof. These socks are a different size than regular socks but seem to fit well when ordered according to the size chart. They are NOT stretchy so they sit oddly on your feet but they are not uncomfortable and are indeed waterproof. I literally stepped in a pool of water to test them and they kept my feet dry. They will be good when we go for a walk outside in the rain. My only complaint is that SuMade says they are very thin. You are not. They're not thick like tattered wool socks, but they're not thin either. Otherwise they work as expected.
