I was disappointed at first but when I contacted the buyer to find out how it worked it sold out in seconds! Google likes a video on how to put this together, it really helps. Basically you have to put the pieces together and then hit until it clicks, which will secure it so your iPad doesn't fall off! If you have any problems, contact them - it helped. I still believe it should come with instructions!
