At first I had problems with the massage gun. It turned off before the 10 minute interval and it could have been a charging issue. Sportneer replaced it immediately and they checked that it works. can't beat it! I'm always impressed by a company that goes out of their way to solve their problems. Bad units happen, and the fact that they're side by side is a relief. In terms of performance, it works as intended. Not sure how it compares to other percussion massage guns as this is my first but what can I tell you, I use it before and after my daily 2-3 hour bike rides and feel more energized while riding. . My legs feel freer. And after the ride, it's a delicious pain as it digs into my aching quads and calves. Feel free to buy it. If you don't like it you can always come back, but if you're an avid athlete it will ease my recovery. I don't know if it's psychological or real, but my legs got better. Cons: too heavy. If you press too hard, it will turn off. Pros: Battery lasts forever, loads of accessories for gaming, and comes in a nice case.
