So far, so good! in External TV Tuner

This is probably my second review ever but the company asked if I could share my thoughts on my experience with extension cords and since they proved very helpful I thought so would have to. To be honest I'm not a super tech, more of a casual user, so take my review with a grain of salt (as they say). I bought an Arc 2.0 extension as I had about 40 feet from my new Sony 4K TV to my AV Receiver. I've read that HDMI gets a little "questionable" well beyond 25 feet, so I went with CAT6 and planned on using this extension system instead. It was pretty easy to set up and install...in fact, it's mostly just plug and play. I'm currently running apps (YouTube TV, Prime, etc.) on a TV (Internet via CAT6) which then passes the extender's ARC output to my AV receiver, which then gives me surround sound. Admittedly I haven't invested in 4K devices like a PS5 or a 4K Blu-ray player to run it in reverse (receiver to TV), although I did with a regular 1080P Blu-ray and an old Xbox 360 have done, which worked very well. Customer service is really good. Admittedly, the first device I got had issues with my image fading in and out early on. I checked with Ryan Ksiebel where I was able to email in the evening (I'm in the EST time zone) and got a reply in AM. After some technical checks, Ryan agreed to replace the device. I was a bit suspicious of this process just because I was sending the device back (to the US) at my own expense, even though they ended up refunding my order and sending a brand new device. If I had to make an offer to AV Access it would be to coordinate the shipping labels so the customer doesn't have to rely on the credit process. However, everything worked fine... and I've been using the extension cord for about 5 months with no problems (now that I say this, I hope I'm not crushing myself!). Many Thanks.
