The brush head does not last as long as expected.
Is this an official Philips product? The brush heads are supposed to last 3 months but the replacement I used lasted just over a month. It started rattling like crazy and I had to replace it. At first I thought it was the base but as soon as I changed the head it worked fine again. It's probably better to buy it from a retail store as you won't save money if it doesn't last as expected.
