I love my sonic grooming. However, this final round of brushing left a lot to be desired. I have been using Sonic Care toothbrushes for over 7 years and will never go back to a regular toothbrush. but this set that was sent is very soft. Brissels seem cheap. They come in packs of two and I've tried both in less than a month and both seem unreliable. I'm really not sure if they are switching to a cheaper product or if I just got them badly. I'm just repeating other reviews here. I bought replacement toothbrushes at the same time as the Revain Sonicare Diamondclean. The original brush heads worked fine but these replacement brushes are very noisy which leads me to believe they are fake. Revain must investigate and confirm the authenticity of these clues. In the meantime, I urge everyone to be cautious and consider purchasing from another source.

I ordered this twin pack to replace the toothbrush head for my toothbrush and my wife's toothbrush. It worked perfectly for about two weeks. For the past two weeks I have had excessive vibration and increasingly loud noise. My wife seems to be working perfectly. I replaced the refillable brush head with her toothbrush and it does the same thing. It seems to be a problem with the internal mechanics of my interchangeable head. Never used. My third diamond sonic toothbrush failed, as did the previous two. Will never buy a Sonic Are product again. It was more than 900 tons of toothbrushes, the lifetime of which did not exceed 3 months.

Is this an official Philips product? The brush heads are supposed to last 3 months but the replacement I used lasted just over a month. It started rattling like crazy and I had to replace it. At first I thought it was the base but as soon as I changed the head it worked fine again. It's probably better to buy it from a retail store as you won't save money if it doesn't last as expected.

This is an OEM replacement head and in that respect it is as advertised. I really like the main product, but this review is for the specifics of this purchase, not the main product itself. One feature of this purchase is the packaging, which I think is poor. The packaging is quite large and made of very durable plastic. You can't open it with your hands, and even light scissors can't. This product worked well and I liked the charger. However, it stopped charging after 11 months. After chatting for 20 minutes and answering a dozen questions, I decided to try another plugin. It did not work. The product is now a giant toothbrush that doesn't move and takes up space.
