Review on 🎿 Rhino Rack Ski Carrier: The Essential Gear for Hassle-free & Safe Ski Transportation by Justin Peck

We really liked this roof rack. 2 sets of skis, sticks and 2 snowboards easily fit in. However, instead of the 4 in the description, we only received 2 sets of keys. We expected installation to be easy, but it took a long time as an Allen key had to be used for each bracket. On the other hand, it was good for security. Diving with luggage racks without attached skis or snowboards created a lot of wind resistance. Very noisy and annoying which we didn't like. Unfortunately, after a great day on the slopes, the real problem arose and we were unable to lock the locks. The key didn't even fit on one of the shelves. There was a key in the other post, but it wouldn't engage. We stopped at a car dealership and learned that people come to us regularly with the same problem and we couldn't buy anything to get the locks working. We bought bungee cords to secure our gear so we could return home safely. Once the posts were out of the elements, the locks worked again. We cannot risk this happening again and will reconfigure them.
