The plastic used in the sleeves is very thin and you will need to remove the thumb holes. Due to the thin plastic, it's difficult to get a CD into the case without what I find a lot of force. But for my purposes and for the price, it's still a good deal if you have patience while packing the CDs. The plastic on the outside of the case is strong and durable, and the zipper and carry handle are built to withstand heavy use. I have 60 CDs and the advertised 72 should fit just fine so capacity is as advertised. I gave it one star because it's an extra thin plastic case which I think will be a durability issue in the future.
