I've been working with them for about four years now, so they know me by heart! They are always willing to help out - whether it be in testing or writing content (which was great when we needed some copywriting). Sometimes, there's waiting time before you can schedule a test session; but that doesn't bother us because of their dedication! Their team members have such an incredible passion for what they do and really care about your success. We're solving problems every day here at Ustream, mainly around our software. The platform itself has had its share of issues over the past few months. Our team uses Usabitests to make sure all aspects of UStream work perfectly together.
