Not a good product, sorry to have spent money on it.

My wife does not really like that the trigger must be kept constantly when cleaning - there is no trigger lock, like a drill, for example. You get used to it, besides, it saves battery power a little. I don’t consider the price for a drawback - any high-tech thing can be expensive, but for such a price there would still be a bit of quality . Some pros: It’s very cool as a vacuum cleaner - it’s easy and convenient to clean, it copes with any debris, a set of brushes for all occasions, the charge is enough for a 3-room apartment Some cons: Since December 29, 2022, there have been 3 calls to the service center: The 1st time the case with the screen was replaced (the vacuum cleaner did not turn on, but the charging indicator was on) The 2nd time came 18 days after the 1st - the vacuum cleaner turned on and immediately turned off, then after a couple of days it started working normally, then turned on again and immediately turned off. Most importantly, when the master arrived, the vacuum cleaner turned on and worked fine. The malfunction was recorded by us on video, but they did not do anything on the video, they said to contact us when the malfunction was obvious. The 3rd time came a week after the 2nd - the vacuum cleaner simply stopped turning on, but this time the charge indicator did not light up either. I called the hotline with a question about a replacement, they told me to put the vacuum cleaner in a box, we agreed to call a courier, the courier took the box and after 5 days they call me from the service department saying that we have changed the battery for you and are ready to bring the vacuum cleaner back - apparently the operator of the hot The line did not record a request to replace the vacuum cleaner and in the SC, they said that your vacuum cleaner is already working, so there is no reason to replace it now. As a result, for less than 3 months, the vacuum cleaner was not able to be used in aggregate for 1 month. The only good news is that couriers and masters leave for free under the guarantee, but the solution of each appeal takes about 2-3 days from the moment of the call until the moment the master / courier appears - and this is Hong Kong, but how to live with this vacuum cleaner in the regions or after the warranty expires , I can't imagine at all. We are waiting for another breakdown, and we hope that after it the unit will be replaced for us.
